Question: What are some female names that were popular in the 18th century!?
I'm writing another novella/narrative and it takes place in the 18th century!. I need a name for my main female character!. I really like the name Violet, but I don't think it's period-correct!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is of Latin origin, and its meaning is "purple"!.
