Question: When was the united states formally recognized as a country!?

The United States fought its independence from 1775 to 1781!. After England was defeated it took two years to have the european countries to recognize the soveriegnty of America!.

Fun fact to know:
On July 4 1776, the independance was signed!. It would have been July 2 1776 if the last two deligates actually arrived on time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
