Question: How did we evolve from cavemen to advanced civilizations(greece,egypt,etc!.!.!. was it a quantum leap!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The development of agriculture meant that humans no longer needed to hunt constantly in order to survive!. They could settle down in one area and grow their food!. Small villages led to even bigger towns!. More complex forms of government had to be created in order to manage these increasing populations!. An excess of food production also meant that not everyone had to work in the fields, some of them had time to learn new trades, such as metal working or construction!.
