Or did the German propaganda efforts have a major impact on African Americans during WWI!? Or did African American Red Cross nurses play a crucial role in Europe during WWI!? Or did Mob violence against Black Americans not subside during WWI!?

During WW 1, the USA was still a very secregated country!. I have my doubts about mob violence, unless it was a one time affair!.
Any nurses play a crucial role!.
