1!. Some people feared him but many followed him because they believed in him!. He tended to surround himself with people who had the same warped way of thinking as he did!.

2!. Yes and no, Hitler wanted people to fear what would happen to them if they went against him, he preferred to be seen as a savior!. He portrayed himself as almost god like which is how he wanted people to think of him but that doesn't mean he didn't want people to fear what would happen if they disagreed with him!.

3!. Definitely, he basically wanted to control everyone and everything!. He was certainly a control freak which was part of his downfall!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hitler's "Followers" did not fear him!. What did he do to his followers that they would not like!? They loved him and loved that he was trying to wipe out "Hated" races!.

He wanted other countries to fear him, but he did not want his people to fear him!. He loved his people as much as you think (insert your religion's leader here) loves you!. (Sorry about that, it would be an easier comparison if I knew what religion you followed)!.

Hitler did want to control people!. He wanted to control the so-called vile races that he wanted to destroy!. He also wanted to control the other countries, otherwise, he would not have started a war!.

Other Hitler facts

Adolf Hitler (20 April 1889 – 30 April 1945) was an Austrian-born German politician who led the National Socialist German Workers Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei NSDAP), more commonly known as the Nazi Party!. He was Chancellor of Germany (1933–1945) and Führer of Germany (1934–1945)!.

Hitler was a decorated veteran of World War I who achieved leadership of the Nazi Party in Weimar Germany!. Following his imprisonment after a failed coup, he gained support by promoting nationalism, antisemitism and anti-communism with charismatic oratory and propaganda!. The Nazis executed or assassinated many of their opponents, restructured the state economy, rearmed the armed forces (Wehrmacht) and established a totalitarian and fascist dictatorship!. Hitler pursued a foreign policy with the declared goal of seizing Lebensraum ("living space")!. The German invasion of Poland in 1939 caused the British and French Empires to declare war on Germany, leading to the outbreak of World War II in Europe!.

The Axis Powers occupied most of continental Europe and parts of Asia and Africa!. Eventually the Allies defeated the Wehrmacht and Schutzstaffel!. By 1945, Germany was in ruins!. Hitler's bid for territorial conquest and racial subjugation caused the deaths of tens of millions of people, including the systematic genocide of an estimated six million Jews, not including various additional "undesirable" populations, in what is known as the Holocaust!.

During the final days of the war in 1945, as Berlin was being invaded by the Red Army, Hitler married Eva Braun!. Less than 24 hours later, the two committed suicide in the Führerbunker!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes to all 3 questions and he also desired to be their god and he would rule by allegiance and loyalty and if not then by fear!. After awhile, Hitler's followers were dwindling little by little but they also believed in him as a messiah who saved Germany and he used this nationalistic fervor along with his charismatic approach to control people and his use as the Gestapo was his method to further established it, and hence fear and control!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If they didn't fear him before June 30, 1934, they sure did afterwards!. This was the infamous,"Night of the Long Knives," and those who opposed Hitler suddenly weren't around anymore!

I think that you should read ''Mein Kampf'' because It combines elements of autobiography with an exposition of Hitler's National Socialist political ideology!.
