He committed suicide on 30 April 1945!. Apparently he injested cyanide and shot himself at the same time in his bunker along with ava brawn, his wife whom he married the day before!. The soviet troops then found his body and burned it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes he died after marrying his long time girlfriend Eva Bron! when he realized he lost the war he planned a way for them both to die!. After he gave her a tablet to kill herself he then shoot himself but before he done this he told one of his officers to dispose of both him and Eva's body's by setting them on fire!. I dont know when he died exactly, but i know it was right after the war in Germany ended, I also know that they DID find his body (cremated) and parts that remained are held in the Kremlin in Moscow Russia!.

I don't think they even found a body, which is why there is speculation that he is still alive!.
