if men were angels, no government would be necessary!. if angels were to govern men, neaither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary!.

1) If men were decent and law abiding they would not need laws to govern themselves; they would do the right thing all the time!.
2)We need governments to make sure people are good to one another!.
3) Governments need some sort of checks and balances or it becomes tyranny!.!. like in communist and moslem controlled countries, the governments are not nice to the people and the people can do nothing to stop it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This means that nobody's perfect!. No man is an angel and no angel is man yet we all need to work together to unite!. No light or dark can be controlled or win over each other, we're all equal!?
