he was very passionate about human rights, and he also wrote "the rights of man" which explained his theories of natural rights, which are given to an individual to achieve by himself, and civil rights which must be granted!. one of his famous quotes is "in other words, [a civil right is] a natural right exchanged"Www@QuestionHome@Com
