I don't think it's possible!.
To carbon-date something, you need a sample of organic matter, like charred wood or bone!. Hammurabi's Code is written on stone, so there is nothing about it on which one could do a C-14 test!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sheynein is quite correct - you can't carbon-date stone!. However, other methods (including, I think, written records) place the code at about 1760 BCE!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
