Lee Thomas Edison Abraham LincolnWww@QuestionHome@Com I have one who’s very self determined & inspirational to minorities (like myself)!. - He was raised in a tough city (South Bronx, New York) - He was a slow learner, & went to class for students with this kind of problem - He joined the army during the time when black people are still segregated!. In other words, he didn’t have a foreseen promising future - He survived 2 tours in Vietnam, without letting it break him mentally or emotionally as it did to many others!. - Although he graduated from college with a C average, he succeeded later in earning an MBA from George Washington University - He became the 1st black to earn the rank of 4 star general in the US army - He became the 1st black Joint Chief of Staff - He became the 1st black national security adviser - He became the 1st black secretary of state & his name is Colin PowellWww@QuestionHome@Com George Washington, John Adams, and James Madison!. They were all brilliant and as devoted to America as any person in American history!. They set the example for others to follow!. also, Martin Luther King!.
