The ancient Roman (due to Christianity) and Greek Empires (for their discoveries, and philosophy)!. I can't see it being just one particular person!. It takes an entire group to cause global change!.
Example: Hitler was just the leader of the party-- but there were millions who believed in it and did his bidding for him!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
