The machine that slices the bread, certainly deserves to be in the top 10!. Slicing bread by hand with a knife would become very tedious, if you had to slice a few thousand in one day!. The Grand Canyon wasn't invented; it was created by various forces of nature!. Fire was not an invention; it was a discovery!.
