Any man who can lead his people to fight successfully against two world powers for over 25 years is a dedicated and inspired leader!.

It is truly a shame the Americans ignored Ho Chi Minh's appeal for recognition and assistance in 1945, considering their opposition to European colonialism and support for self-determination of the former colonies, a shame they chose to supply the French who fought against Ho Chi Minh and the Viet Minh, and a complete shame the U!.S!. chose to support the dictator Ngo Dinh Diem and the artificial political division of Vietnam into "North Vietnam" and "South Vietnam!."

In my opinion he was a warrior/leader which few other leaders have matched!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
