Hitler didnt start mass murdering personally!.

There has always been a strong anti-Semitic feeling accross Europe!. This may be because of the killing of Christ by the Jewish leaders, or the influence of key anti-Semiti figures such as Karl Lueger and Houston Stewert Chamberlain!. Many countries like Lithuania, where 90% of the Jews were killed, normal people took part in the killing!.

After failure of Operation Barabarossa, around Autumn 1941, becuase of the millions of more Jews in Nazi control, the SS could no longer store them into ghettos!. The Warsaw ghetto was full, and Hans Frank, the leader of the general government of Poland, didnt want any more the "inferior" race in his area!.

Therefore the SS took it into their own hands and started the killing in a local level, without the consent of Hitler!. Although eventually Hitler was informed of the killings, and accepted it, the stage from killing to genocide happened without the awareness of Hitler!.

Hans Mommsen, a well-known historain, has put forward the case that Hitler was a "weak dicator!." Hitler offen spent long times away from Berlin, in his house in the Bavarian Alps, where he spent long walks!. Hitler was called lazy from his teachers!. He had not particpated in a legendary role in the WW1 like he had spoken, in fact he was only a drummer boy!. The Hitler Myth created Hitler, Hitler was not that powerful anway to start the Holocaust!.

This is just one view, there are so many views, in fact many people like David Irwing and some other commetators actually denie the existance of the Holocaust!. Whilst other believe that the Holocaust was planned and was a product of Hitler's skill as a statesman!. There is no hard evidence to say which one is ultimately correct, alhough each of them offers a a fair amount of support!.

Hitler and his cohorts were power-drunk!. They had told each other during their 'drinking beer in the basement with my buds' days that all the minorities should be wiped out, that Germany would be far better off as a 'pure' state!. Over time, selective breeding of the remaining people would create the superman race!.!.!.

So, once they improbably leaped to power, they were faced with the dilemma of not wanting to look wimpy for their old friends!. The people near the top who thought such a plan was complete nonsense were afraid of losing power and being sent to the Russian front!. They figured no one would blame them, only the leaders!. And, so on, down the chain of command!.

Basically, they said to each other, "we always said this!.!.!.do we really believe it!? We are in a position to do it!.!.!.if we don't do it, what do we believe!?"
