Question: Was it the U!.S responsibility to help the genocide!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Everyone shares the responsibility to protest genocide!. But of course it is never about what is right or wrong it is always about what is politically expedient!. Some people open their wallet to check their conscience!. When they are in charge they make our policies!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you could have phrased your question a little better!.
You make it sound as if the U!.S!.A!. should have helped to perpetrate genocide!.

I hope you mean:

Was it a responsibility of the U!.S!.A!. to stop or prevent the genocide!?

Where!?
The Holocaust in Nazi Germany, Rwanda, Cambodia, Armenia, Somalia, Bosnia-Herzegovina or one of many other places in the world!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Which Genocide!?!?!?!!! There was more than one my friend!. And, besides that, it's not just the U!.S!. responsibility!. We as human beings have a duty to appreciate eachother as living beings, and we have to enforce rules to make sure that others remember this fundamental as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
