Very profound question!. I think this would be in the realm of a recent theoretical school in history called "counterfactualism!." Who knows what would have happened!. Perhaps another question is what would have happened had Hitler been killed in WW1 and Germany had lost the war!? Would someone else have come to the stage and taken his place!? I don't know, but you posit a very interesting and thought-provoking question!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is totally impossible to know!.
Based on string theory and quantum physics there are parallel universes!. There are infinite possibilities of what things could of been like if he died!. But we will never know what any of them were!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Still same basic direction as it did in real history, just a different or even more sinister dictator to take up what became Hitler's job; fuhrer of germany!Www@QuestionHome@Com

WWII woulda still happend is was going to no matter what because of the treaty of versailles!. and someone else perhaps heinrich himmler would have risen to power!. i not sure how this would affect the modern world though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Like others have said, WW2 would have been fought but who can say if it would have been as widespread or horrible!. Would someone else have used the Jews as scapegoats and set out to complete the Final Solution!? Who can say!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Probably less people would have died in the next World War!. And maybe Mussolini would have been the poor man's Hitler!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Germany was called the Ottoman Empire!.Yes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
