Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The Nazi party did not expect the new Reich to be populated by blonde blue-eyed peoples, their definition of Aryan (despite its origins) was a non-Jewish Caucasian, it did not exclude dark/red-haired or non-blue-eyed Caucasians (although an ideal was the Nordic blonde blue-eyed look)!. Essentially any typical non-Jewish North European!.
