up until a few years ago it was still illegal to have wire cutters in your back pocket in texas!. this is because in the times of the cattle drives, cowboys would cut down barbed wire fences in order to easily get their cows through the land, and the law just hadn't been brought to attention until recently!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
