Lederhosen are typical for the southern part of germany!.

Boys often where costumed with a sailor suit!.
Men who could afford it wear Tailcoat and stovepipe hat!.

In all I dont think there where many differences between the french, britsh and german fashion!. (Perhaps the bowler hat was limited to UK)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Traditional clothes are leiderhosen and dirndles but I think they were a little more modern by the 1800s and early 1900s!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't know about the 1800's and 1900's but during the 1940's they wore cloths made from the Jewish hair and skin!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
