Can I please have the dates for when NAFTA was first "issued" or signed or something similar and something about Bosnia-Herzegovina that was in the 1990s!? Like a date or something!? Thank you! (If you do not know, please do not comment or answer!)Www@QuestionHome@Com

NAFTA was signed December 1992 subject to ratification, which was obtained in the US on Nov 20, 1993!.
As far as Bosnia-Herzegovina I am unsure what it is exactly that you are looking for, but it won its independence from Yugosalvia in the 1990'sWww@QuestionHome@Com
