Actually, having studied Pearl Harbor and written several essay papers for my history thesis on this subject, I'd say, none of the above!. The plan to attack Pearl Harbor was already finished by the time of the oil embargoes!.

None of the above!. Japan didn't agress against Europe!. Japan was never a member of the Allies in WW2!. Japan was not in France and finally, Japan didn't "advance in the Pacific Islands" until the attack on Pearl Harbor!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
