i know that george pullman lowered the wages, but kept the rent the same, but how much did he lower the wages!? (can you give me a percentage or number amount)

Wages and work were both reduced; fewer hours at about one-third less pay, but costs of living in the company town remained the same!. For some workers, they made $16 a month, and from that pay, owed Pullman $14 per month!. for living expenses!.
