I think you mean World War II.

The Axis was mainly Germany, Italy, and Japan, and some minor powers such as Vichy France, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Iraq, and Thailand. They also received support from collaborators in occupied countries, puppet states they set up, and soldiers they drafted from occupied countries.

The Allies were mainly the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, China, and Poland. 50+ countries joined the Allies (the vast majority of the world's nations). The Allies also controlled huge colonial empires that contributed resources and troops to their mother countries.

The Netherlands was an Allied power, they were invaded by Germany and defeated in the Battle of the Netherlands in 1940. The queen fled to London and was the head of the Dutch government-in-exile. This government had control over the Dutch military, which fought against Japan in the Pacific. The Dutch Resistance also fought against the Nazis in Holland during the occupation. Some Dutch citizens collaborated with the Nazis by joining the S.S. or helping to round up Jews, but this was a tiny minority. Most of them strongly opposed Nazism.

Only about 8 countries remained neutral, and even most of those had some participation in the war even though they didn't fight in it.

Allies: USSR, USA, Great Britain and many other small states
Axis: Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain and other small states.

Netherlands/ Holland were invaded by the Nazis, they would have been members of the allies.

Officially, Axis are Germany, Japan, and Italy.
Allies are US, USSR, and Britain.
Plus, China was one of the Four policemen, ( the others are the members of Allies)

Netherland and holland possibly were occupied, and then maybe the militias were fighting against the Axis
