it was the war, and nothing else. every thing the idiot roosevelt did madethe depression worse. ofcourse little commies still pretend his programs worked, so they can claim socialism works, well they didn't work, and neither does socialism.

There were a lot of programs and government actions that helped to improve conditions during the Depression, but ultimately it took the mobilization of the country's economy for war.

It is probably most fair to say that it was a little of a, b, and c.However, all of FDR's reforms probably wouldn't have helped end the Depression without our involvement in WWII.

So I'll go with c.

Look up Nicholai Kondratieff and ponder on the difference between investment and speculation. Then consider the way each generation learns its financial habits from its fathers and grandfathers. Look for a pattern.
e. The world came out of it as new habits were learned and investment and production of real wealth replaced speculation. WWII was where the wealth was first used, as people worked off their pent up anger and hatreds.
