Interesting question!
I'm trying to think of places that never actually had a recorded war INSIDE it.

Antarctica
The Artic Circle.
Greenland.
Iceland.
The Yukon Territory.
Alaska before it became a state (1959)
Vatican City
Newfoundland

Okay, that's all I can come up with, and I've checked everything from The Rock of Gibraltar to the Canary Islands.
Would love to hear of another place.

EDIT:
Hey Kimmer! WHAZUP girl!
I was actually thinking of places that never had a RECORDED war actually INSIDE of it's boundaries.
Yes, all the Vikings did WAS fight....but not inside of Iceland or Greenland that there was ever anything said about it. And it was ALL Vikings of the same group. They didn't war between each other. And they DID have an enormous oral history. Even before their "discovery of Greenland/Iceland.
The Yukon Territory was occupied by predominantly Inuits....arguably THE MOST peaceful of the Native Americans and there is absolutely NO mention of any kind of battle whatsoever with them or in ANY of the oral traditions. Same thing with Alaska.
The same with Newfoundland...Inuits, or branches thereof, and Vikings...no mention of any battle of any kind...whether Newfoundland WAS the infamous Vineland or not. There was a lot said about Vineland except exactly where the hell it WAS....including how many people were there.
As for Vatican City...Okay...LOL...I WAS reaching....but there was never a battle INSIDE of the City walls. Roma...yes....Vatican City...nope. It's a citadel and a half with it's own army...never been breached.
(Ignore me & Kim....we're buds that love to argue points w/ each other....intellectual debate! LOL)

EDIT:
Kim & Ali,
Ya'll are just NOT gonna give me Vatican City! LOL Defended....yes! Breached....no!
Then Kim says there was blood on the ground BEFORE it was Vatican City.
You're killin me! So just take Vatican City!
I'm gonna go declare war on Antarctica... and the Inuits!

Citrusy, great question and good fun!

im moving there.

Really, there are no places with people living there that haven't.

Of the list above, only Antarctica hasn't really had a war or participated in war, and that's because there are no people. That list is not correct. Greenland a Iceland both participated in wars. The Vatican had to be defended several times (and its in the middle of Rome, which was part of lots of wars).

War is as old as man. We are a violent race and our history is filed with conflicts.

Other than Antarctica which does not have permanent human habitation, the scientific colonies are transient, no where. Conflicts may have been very small scale, but even the aborigines of Australia have oral traditions of conflict.

i cant think of one to!

just think how bad our world is!

have a nice ice day,

Every place on Earth With People has experienced violent Conflict Between them.

Muing

Iceland had the Norsemen/Vikings.. all they did was fight. same for greenland

The Yukon territory had indians waring

Alaska, Again Indians

Vatican City was Rome in ancient times, nuff said.

New Foundland, again, the Vikings/Norsemen

The only place on Earth that has not seen conflict is the Antarctic, and thats only because the climate is too harsh to support human life.

There is recorded history and there is "not so recorded" history. So i can't really say for sure.Antarctica is surely a candidate for answer(so far).
