Hi,

I think you are referring to the Ancient Inca, though your previous answerer is comical.

The general view is that the number one factor, if you had to choose, was disease... the common downfall to come for many peoples after they were "discovered" by the Westerners. The Inca civilization was already weak when Spanish Conquistador Pizarro got there, however, since they were in the middle of civil war. Pizarro took advantage of the situation. He was initially expelled from the city, the first time he tried, if I recall correctly from history class 6 years ago. :) When he returned a second time, however, so many had died from disease that little resistance was probable. On top of that, Pizarro killed the ruler who had won their civil war, leaving the people leaderless and at the mercy of the Spaniards.

heinz soup manufactuers nearly went bankrupt when their canning machine started to implode the cans on the production line. This was found to be an engieering flaw, then nearly every other canning processor started to find the same flaw appearing. The answer was found by spitting in each can as it passed the flaw, so dont eat anything from a can.

They didn't kill all the spaniards immediately they outnumbered them by hundreds of thousands, they waited and diseases mostly small pox, also influenza killed about 90% percent of them. Also Francisco Pizarro captured the emperor Atahualpa and held him captive that probably held the Inca from attacking them. But the main reason is disease
