There is no real world to know if Cicero was homosexual or not. For a long time the belief of the homosexuality of certain philosophers (i.e. Plato) has been an issue. Every culture developed their own ideas of the sexual taboo and the Greek philosophers were no exception. Plus you have to consider there apparent sexual behavior (that's another issue in the certainty of facts behind the author's history) and their own philosophical ideas.
