Yes, he is one of America's greatest Presidents. I don't think he had an affair & it's too bad he's not alive anymore, maybe he can serve another 2 full terms as President.

I don't think Reagan was America's greatest president but he was the right man for the time. The USA had endured the tragedy of the Viet Nam war and the divisiveness that nearly tore the nation apart. The Watergate scandal and Nixon's downfall preoccupied the nation for years. It had suffered through four years of the Carter administration which history will likely choose as one of America's weakest. It had gone through horrific inflation and 20% mortgage interest rates and it had stood helplessly by during the American hostage crisis in Iran. Reagan upon being elected began to restore the American sense of pride and determination with his unabashed patriotic nationalism. He enabled the end of the Cold War and the ultimate end of the Soviet Union. One may not agree with Reagan's economics or his politics but one must give him credit for restoring America's self confidence.

That he may have dipped into Lady Margaret is ludicrous.
