James Buchanan (president # 15) was probably the most scandalous-he never married and the first lady( first hostess-since she was not married) was his niece who was a teenager at the time. 13 I believe. then there was Andrew Jackson (# 7) who married a woman who neglected to divorce her other husband first (they met at a bar.). He also shot a man to death in a duel. Juicy stuff.
