The conflict between the two armies was they were in war. The compermise was the ending of the war. Background, the boston mascar was really the biggest step toward war but the intolable acts after the boston tea party was what led to the war. But if were talking only miltary than the boston macare (wikapedia will help you learning the details) How did it change the world? Well America became a country and Britian lost a colony.
