Question: UK 1911 Census, Can I go to the council and search them!?

You can only access the 1911 census on findmypast!.com at the moment and you have to buy credits to do so!.It is not yet complete either so it may be worth waiting a while until it is!.it can work out quite expensive to use as credits are soon used up if looking for one or more families!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The 1911 Census may not be available until 2011!.

There's some privacy rule about 100 years because the people on the 1911 one will probably be dead by now!.

I am not absolutely sure what the law is!.

I don't believe that your local council will store them!.

You should still be able to access other records for 1911, but will have to wait until 2011 to view the 1911 census!.

The UK census for 1911 is available on line from anywhere!.
For those without on line they can go to their public library for free viewing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
