Is there a way to check a will which was left by a family member? who has passed

Question: Is there a way to check a will which was left by a family member!? who has passed away 2 years ago!?

a sister of mine kept everything to her self and I my self have not seen the will nor do I no how to obtain a copy she left me and my brother out and split all of my grandads will with my other sister and my dad because she does not get on with me and my brother so is very uncooperative and refuses to give me any info on the will how can i find out what was in the will is there a website ect!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You would have to go to the courthouse and have them search for the will or records relating to its disposition!. However, your legal options at this point are limited, so you have to decide how much you are willing to stir up trouble and cause family arguments!. If you do locate the will and see that it was not followed, you'd have to retain a lawyer and petition the court to order your sister to pay you something!.!.!. that is, if she had anything left!. You'd probably end up paying quite a bit!.
