Question: What would you want your great great grandchildren to know about you!?
I've seen several questions about knowing your great great grandparents!. But imagine that now and going forward, it will be much easier for future generations to really know us!.

Though they say nothing on the internet is permanent (except mistakes!), it's very likely that our blogs, images, videos, and stories will all be perfectly preserved for our children's children's children!.

What would you want them to know about you!? What would they be surprised about!?

Conversely, what do you wish they don't learn about!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd like them to be surprised that somebody who lived such a long time before then wasn't that much different!. That I had fun, had hobbies, was once a teenager and so on!.

I'd like them to be able to put my life in context too, by knowing a bit about the time we're living in now, so they could relate to my worries as well as the good things that are happening now!.

I think they would be surprised by our technical equipment, in their time things will be smaller, more instant and perhaps more accessible!. I'd like them to know I have "friends" all round the world, thanks to technology!.

I'd like them to know I was aware of current fears about the economy!. Global warming too, and that we did our best to stop it!. I hope they benefit!.

I'd like to think they would also benefit from the genealogical research I've done, and will be able to build on it!.

I can't think of anything I wouldn't want them to know, because I've never broken the law apart from one parking ticket years ago!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't have any children, but I would want the descendants of my nieces and nephews to know that single women in the 20th and 21st century could lead a very full life!. I would also hope that they could easily access my birth and death records as well as perhaps my university degrees!. My great grandmother was the first woman college graduate in Texas, so I would like to think that I was just another link in that educational tradition!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would want them to know that I was a hip, hip lady!

There isnt much I wouldnt want them to know!. We are all human and all make mistakes!. I'm just an average female that did what I could and that hopefully I died happy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
