Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Assuming she is your grandmothers first cousin,

She is your father's first cousin once removed, and her children (if any) would be your father's second cousins!.

She is your first cousin twice removed and her grandchildren (if any) would be your third cousins!.

Removed is how many generations are between you and the cousin!. I know a family whose kids are President John Adams' first cousins, seven times removed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Elvis is right!. 1st Cousins share the same Grandparents, 2nd Cousins share the same Great Grandparents, and as you are the offspring ie son of a second cousin you are therefore a 2nd Cousin - once removed ie a generation further away!. Have a look at this webpage!.
