I have read that many people have changed the spelling to make their lives easier!. Since I am a minor, I really don't have a choice now, but when I am 18, do you think it would be worth the hassle to change my last name to Novak!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm 46 years old and experienced some difficulties when I was at school because of my surname being so different but it made me stronger in the long-run!. Although I was born here and consider myself to be British, I am also very very proud of my Polish roots!. Everyone is different and cope with certain problems in their own way but I'm sure your life will get "easier" as you get a bit older!. Anyone who gives you hassle because of your name are not worth knowing!. I like the fact that when you google my name, you just find me, not me and a million other people!. Sure, you'll have to teach people how to pronounce it, but by keeping the original spelling, you'll always know when a telemarketer is calling you!Www@QuestionHome@Com Its up to you!. If people mispronounce it all the time and it bothers you, then I would!. If it was me, I think it would be worth the hassle to change it and have people pronounce my name correctly!.
