Not that I know of, for several good reasons!. I entered "Oregon Birth Index" and came up with several references to the Oregon State Archives concerning records and vital statistics!. Forget the "free"--especially in these times--even copy paper costs!. Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your stepbrother can get his own birth certificate from Oregon, but he can't get it for free!. They charge fees for copying and certification that they use to pay for the maintenance of such records!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
