I'm trying to find the parents of Jeff Spencer born in Kentucky possible DOB is 1880 and DOD possibly 1960!. I found a Jeff Spencer but it wasn't the one that I was searching for!. This is what I know about him!. He was married to Phoebe Birchfield (not sure about the spelling of the first name) he had two daughters named Ruth and Edith (possibly had more children!.)
