Sometimes it can be done!.!. and sometimes not!. The theory is that adults have the right to "disappear" if that is their choice!. Many people do a lot to stay OFF the internet, for privacy reasons!.
You can try to google the name, using quotation marks around the name!. Remember, there can be more than one person with the name!.
Peoplefinder!.com and zabasearch!.com are often good, but no guarantee!.
