Caucasian is not a nationality!. It is a race!. Nationality is your citizenship!. It is whatever country you are born and raised in!. All nations and all races have people who are rude!. Generally, if you want to get stereotypical about it, people who live in large, over populated, crowded places tend to be the most rude!.
