Position:Home>Genealogy> Who's been living in MY house?!?Question: Who's been living in MY house!?!!? I'd like to find out who was living in my house through the 1841-1901 England censuses, but I only know how to search by name, and not address!. Does anyone know how I can do this!? also, if I can search before 1841, that would be great, but I figure I probably can't!.

You could do a search on the electoral register as since 1832 any male eligible ( 21 years old or over ) to vote would be on there!. Women here in the UK weren't given the vote until 1929!. The electoral register is for addresses, by this I mean it goes by the address!. it's not a people register as such Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com You can go to the courthouse or register of deeds!.
