Sorry, I don't know of a specific site, but if you know the country of origin, you could search that country's surnames!.

For example, if you know that your last name is Russian, you could type in "Russian surnames", "Origins of Russian Surnames", or "History of Russian Surnames" to get started!. Any of the sites you find with those searches could link you to others which may have the specific information you're looking for!.
