Question: Where can i go to find info on my family's history!?

I know this sounds weird, but I'm trying to figure out if vampires run in my family!. Please don't hate!. I'm just really confused!. My grandmother told me a couple of years ago that vampire ran in our family!. When she told me I was only 9!. I never really believed her until some other things she told me were starting to happen!.
