Question: Arthur Frederick Osborne!?
I'm searching for information on a family member !. We never knew or met him and we'ld love to meet any member of his family or even see his picture!. All we know is that he was born circa 1889 , in worcester!. His name was Arthur Frederick Osborne and his father's name may have been Thomas and he limped in his 40's!. He was in the UK military or special forces during the 1930's!. We know he has probably passed on by now but please help us!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you mean Worcester MA and not Worcester England (which I know nothing about), I'd steer toward the Worcester (MA) Historical Society!. They are famous for their archives!. also in Worcester you can find the American Antiquarian Society!. They both love challenges so you may hit it without much hassle!.
