Once your grandmother says she wants to go, you need to know whether or not your Grandmother is physically able to make the trip!.
This should be discussed with her doctor!.
Then, both of you will need passports (passport photo, about $10!.00 and passport, about $100!.00)!.
Both of you may need to up-date immunizations; a tetnus shot, is usually a good idea, even if it's not required!.

Open a saving account to be used only for Grandmothers trip!.
Let all of her children and grandchildren know that Grandmother wishes to go to Spain!. If they would like to contribute toward the trip, they can deposit $$$$ directly into her special account!.
If for some reason, she is unable to make the trip, give her the money to pay bills!.

Flight and motel packages are always cheaper!.
Tour groups are usually less than trying to arrange it yourself!. The travel agency arranges for flights, motels, food, excursions and transportation to points of interest!.
Some on-line travel agencies offer a free ticket for one person, if a group of 10 or more book a tour at the same time!. Perhaps, other family members would enjoy going with Grandmother, too!.
Summer is generally more expensive, so try to go a few weeks before the season begins!. You may have to wear a light jacket and carry an umbrella, but it's worth the difference in the price!.
Always buy cancellation insurance, in case something prevents you and Grandmother from going!.

Have you looked for trips on line!? Have you asked your grandmother where she wants to visit!?
Can you get a second job or ask the rest of the family to contribute!?

This isn't a genealogy question and you might get better advice over in the travel section!.

Good luck and have fun with your grandmother!.
