He is in federal prison I found that out online!.I did A search on www!.casenet!.com and a background check on him I can not find why he is in federal prison!.And by the background check it says that he committed 2nd degree homicide
I was trying to find out who he supposedly killed!.Can any one help me!.!? http://criminalsearches!.com/details!.aspx!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Hi, I've been searching and have come up with a few ideas for you: 1) i found a few public records on where he lived (evidently before this happened), and those places appear to be in different towns and different counties in Missouri!. 2) there's a site called newspaperarchives!.com, you can input keywords (I input the 1st and last name, and the words "murder" and "missouri") and they appear to have 4 matches!. this site requires a subscription (1 month is $9!.99) so you might consider doing that to get the actual newspaper articles!. 3) if you know when or where this incident might have happened, you could look up the local library and/or newspaper's website, and do a search in their archives!. Or email or call the reference desk and ask how to find any newspaper articles on a particular local story!. I hope this helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com The site you mentioned said the Missouri Department of Corrections, so at their website, I entered his name and case ID code of 10031990 (which I assume the crime was committed on Oct!. 3, 1990), and the results were: "Offender Not Found based on Search Criteria!. Offender data is current as of 10/07/2008 09:00 PM!." The form at your site said he has completed his sentence!. I also tried the newspaperarchives!.com site suggested by someone else and was taken to the site www!.genealogybank!.com in the UK!. So, I changed it to newspaperarchive!.com and got this result for "Wiley Gilkey, 1990"--"We discovered 25 results for Wiley Gilkey, 1990" but you have to become a member to see any of the articles ($49!.95 a year)!. www!.ancestry!.com has him listed as living in Missouri in the U!.S!.
