Question: I want to change my surname to Keiro!.How!?

I am 15 and want to change my last name!.
It's not a family name!. I want to change it because of reasons of my own!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

1) Since it is a legal document to change your name, you must either wait until you are 18 or get parent's permission (which would be insulting to ask this of a parent)
2) Although I would not recommend it, you can get the legal paperwork through the courthouse, probably!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You have to do this through the court system!. You will need to pay a fee and file paperwork!. If you are not emancipated I doubt you will be able to do it without parental permission!.

Run a search for "name change [YOUR COUNTY HERE]" and you should be able to find the info you need!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
