I was born in Greenwich South East London

My Grandad was born in Trinidad

My Grandmother was born in Ireland

My other Grandparents were born in Liverpool

I don't feel any connection to Trinidad, but I do to Ireland because my Gran is still with us and there are lots of relatives there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I was born in Texas, as were 3 of my grandparents!. The 4th was born in Tennessee!. The closest relatives I have that were born in a different country were great-great grandparents born in Denmark and Germany!. I really don't feel much connection to those countries because I don't know much about these relatives and their way of life prior to their coming to the states shortly after the Civil War!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I was born in the UK, Wimbledon!. All 4 of my grandparents were born in India as were my parents!. I do feel a connection to India and I am fascinated by the life that the British had out there!. The life they had ended in 1947 at the end of British rule and that is when my family had to leave!. My father has now moved back to India and lives in Bangalore!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My mother's parents were born in Mayo, Ireland, and my father's parents were born in Castlecomer, County Kilkenny and I think Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary, although I could be wrong about that!.
