It says he was a locksmith, maybe he said he was 18 to stay out of trouble!? He was headed for Salt Lake City, Utah!. From the original image, it looks to me like his birthplace was Charlottenburg, and his father's name was Ernst Rohbock of Charlottenburg Pascalewa (not sure I'm reading the handwriting exactly right on that word), 17 Germ!.

UK answer!.
I have just had a look at the war draft, and it said Carl didn't actually go to war he had an injury to the spine!. It said he had a wife and 4 children and as far as I can make out he lived at 2878 Adams !? Salt Lake!. There isn't really much else on the draft apart from what the other lady has given!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
