The cousin chart shows this:
If one person's GRANDPARENT is the other person's GRANDPARENT, then they are "1st cousins"!.
If one person's GREAT-GRANDPARENT, is the other person's GRANDPARENT, they are "1st cousins, once removed!."
If BOTH people share the same GREAT-GRANDPARENTS, they are "2nd cousins!." So, your GREAT-Grandparents, are the baby's
