Question: Am I related to my great neice's grandmother!?

My brother's daughter has a baby (my great neice)!. Am I related to the baby's grandmother!? Her son is the father of the baby!. If so, how are we related!? Thanks in advance!Www@QuestionHome@Com

You are not related at all, unless you mean the baby's maternal grandmother, who is your brother's wife, or your sister-in-law (assuming they are married)!.

If you mean the baby's paternal grandmother (her dad's mother), then she is your niece's mother-in-law (again, assuming they are married)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No!. The grandmother on her mother's side is your brother's wife!. She is not related to you except as a sister-in-law!. The grandmother on her father's side is not related to you at all!. If your niece (brother's daughter) has a baby and the grandmother you're referring to is her (your niece's) husbands grandmother, I don't think you're related!. It would make her your nephew's (through marriage) grandmother!. I think!. :)
